3 things I can think of:

1. The fridge is set to LP mode and not ‘auto’ mode so it is forced to use gas. Check the LP/auto switch accordingly

2. 120v breaker is tripped and the fridge is not receiving 120v power. Check your shore power breakers accordingly

3. Long shot - The fridge is not plugged into 120v outlet power. Check the external fridge access door outside the trailer and verify that the fridge is plugged in

Let us know what you find based on the above

Also, check the plug, make sure the contacts are clean on both the plug and the wall socket. My socket had dirty contacts, the fridge would run for a while then stop. I had the propane turned off so it didn't cut over, I just got the error light. Removed the wall plug (120 disconnected) and cleaned it with WD-40 and contact cleaner. I also pinched the socket copper connectors to put more pressure on the plug. Put it together again and it's running like a top again.
