2001 Excella 31'
Hi All,
I'm new to trailers and really new to Airstreams!
I am in the midst of a life change. I am in the process of selling everything and coming from Canada into the States and travelling. I have decided to get a used Airstream rather than a new box. It made sense to me for several reasons. They are built like a tank, aerodynamics are amazing (I will be travelling quite a bit not sitting in a park), they hold their value well and they look damn fine!
I am looking (photos only right now) at a 2001 Excella I believe it to be 31'. the asking price is $26,000. What should I expect from this year and price? What should I look for as far as wear and tear. The pics look good but that's hard to see what's going on in the depths.
Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.
BTW this will be my home for the next 2 years or so.
