Have you read your owner's manual about the plumbing system etc.?

What year and model AS do you have? You could add this info to your ID at the left at some point, in the User Control Panel via the drop down menu in the Quick Links in the blue menu bar above.

What is the status of your AS? Was it winterized for instance, and are your low point drains open perhaps? Did your plumbing freeze up over the winter, and you have broken pipes which are leaking?

If you give us some more background and info, you will get more productive feedback.

Cheers,

Peter

This should be a clue " water was drained prior to winter but that was all "
Like mentioned above - read the manual , and look for the water drain valves .
Close , and all should be good .
REMEMBER TO USE THEM AND DRAIN BEFORE NEXT WITNER !
