Child safety latches. They screw inside the drawer out of sight. I put them in mine after the first trip or two and finding the drawers out.

Double Ball Catch Latch

I used "double ball catch latches" (easily found on Ebay/Amazon etc.) which come in various sizes to match the amount of force necessary to remain closed. Since they are metal they outlast the plastic latches Airstream installs, have adjustable tension within a range, and can be used throughout your trailer.

I have also used the double ball catches and they work great. You need to be careful to make sure that both parts are aligned when installing.

I put a small eye screw between the top two and bottom two drawers then slip in a wooden dowel when traveling. it's kind of hillbilly but it works great. Mostly, this was an on the road solution when hardware stores were few and far between. I've just never seen a reason to change it.
