Help me Replace Furnace Duct Work

Need help!

My trailer has 4" ducting that needs replacing. Unfortunately it goes under the street side closet to the bath and shower. Any tips or advice on how to feed the ducts through and under the floor. I have thought of leaving the old duct work as is and just attaching new to it. I have also thought of puling the new through by duct taping it to the old. I have put this off for weeks and it is time for the nut cutting. Any ideas on a way to get the new ducting through a tight spot. :
