Probably also consider replacing the drain pan with it. Time and age take their toll. Better than having to replace later and have to pull the air conditioner. Mine is the same age and it's still going strong. Nevertheless if I have to replace my air in the future my dealer advised that it would be best to pull that pan too. Since I have a heat pump unit I'd also go with a Penguin II. I wonder if those new units have EZ start components in them.
