2003 30' Classic Features/Specs

OK, my search yielded no results - does anyone have a list of the standard features for a 2003 30' Classic (dinette option)?

Also, was there a Classic and Classic Limited that year?

BTW, I've been to http://service.airstream.com/customer-service/travel-trailer-specifications/specs-2000.html and didn't find the information I'm looking for related to 2003.

Lastly, does Airstream have a listing of features by VIN?

the vin will ID floor plan/size but not interior colors/trim.

YES there were base classics (oak/blue awnings) that year, and

i seem to recall seeing LIMITED upgrade packages (hickory/burgundy) that year too.

the limited package was ~5-7,000$ of stuff (msrp) some of which was fluff and others bits VERY useful.

i suspect 03 were very close (especially the limited package upgrades)

Colonial Airstream NJ*- 2003 Airstream Classic 30'

I was thinking the same thing 2Air. And WI, that particular add is what launched these questions.

Deal is, I have found a 2003 30' Classic for sale (about 1,200 miles away), and the owner can't provide the information I need to work with the credit union.

When I go RV 2003 AIRSTREAM M-30 prices, specs and options at NADAguides.com they want feature details ... Wow: I just checked that link to validate it before posting this and it now provides a totally different price .... interesting.

2Air, will the credit union be able to tell by the VIN if it's a M-30(**) or a M-30(**)(**)? There's a HUGE difference in price.

got no idea what the credit union can tell or what they need.

an email to a/s tech/support can find out IF the limited package is noted in the vin...

(i am guessing it is, but only guessing)

apparently this is a "i need to justify value 4 loan" question?

take some PHOTOS...

-the exterior (big views each side) and one of EACH living space (bedroom/bath/galley/lounge)

then print OUT the features listed/pricing from my old post...

perhaps FIND a glossy brochure from that year.

have a DEALER provide an appraisal letter.

most banks just wanna SEE what they are financing since really THEY are buying the trailer, while U make installments.

more money DOWN, shorter terms, and LOAN insurance

or other things that keep them from being UPSIDE/DOWN on the loan are the key issues.
