There is a roughly 4' X 4' cover on the underside of the trailer in the far rear under the bed/bath section of my 25' Safari SS. One side has come undone and is hanging down some leaving a 2" gap at the center. I was just going to button it back up but the fiberglass insulation above it is wet. I haven't travelled recently so it is not from the road. There is no visible water or staining anywhere inside. Any ideas where the water could be from. Do you think I should just close it up and hope that fixes things?
The water in mine always has come from above. I just removed a wall panel today tracking a leak I haven't been able to identify and it was a seam lap at the first horizontal joint. The leak was in the vertical seam. I'm seasoning the Vulcum for the next test. I'm sure I got it thought because I just followed wet insulation up from the wet floor. There was a small mold spot where the leak has been entering.

Eastern South Dakota is very pretty with hills, rivers, and trees.

hmm, so you think the fiberglass is wet because the water is spraying UP from the ground? :P
i know..and i think you know...investigating is going to open a whole can of worms. but i know, and YOU know... you gotta do it!! because its only gonna get worse.
