Button near holding tanks

Does anyone know what the small rubberized push switch on the exterior by the black & gray water holding tanks is for?

I believe it's a light switch for dumping at night.

I took the bulb out of mine (and also out of the fixture in the rear storage compartment) after "some guy" managed to push the button, forgot about it, and left it on, causing more rapid battery drain than expected. Don't think I've ever dumped tanks in the dark, but if in the future I do so, I'll use my LED headlamp ... I know when it's on.

Same thing with rear storage compartment. Once (it was a dark and stormy night!), I noticed vague light coming into the coach from under the bed ... a very early morning exploration in the cold rain revealed that some "stuff" that "some guy" had stored poorly in the storage compartment had shifted and switched on the light ... I don't need those sort of issues, so out came the bulb there also.
