What is exact Carefree awning model in 2020 Interstate 19?

I think it is the Freedom RM but I can't seem to confirm this. Parts listing doesn't specify, and owner manual is very vague here.


Mine is broken (bought van used and it has never worked) and want to make sure I'm doing diagnostics properly.

Found a QR code inside the front controller. Looks like it is a Freedom RM Freestyle Box Patio Awning.

The 2020 Interstate Nineteen Owner's Manual makes a passing illustrative reference to it being a Carefree awning (no length or model) in Section 6-9.

But the 2020 Interstate Nineteen Parts Book lists your MY in section II-5 to have: a 10 ft. Carefree Awning, Freedom RM

I should have checked that manual too. Apparently the producer of the Tommy Bahama specific edition decided not to include that.

So sorry, you did not initially mention you had the Tommy Bahama special edition. I did not even check if there was a specific manual for the special editions for that year. The info I found was for the generic build which I don't know apply to special editions since there are slight parts differences. So ignore the data I provided.
