Turbo Hose Failure

Greetings all, my previous rv which was built on an 07 sprinter chassis experienced a turbo hose failure which put the coach into "limp home mode". After the dealer replaced the hose under warranty, I installed the Riordan Co turbo hose ends and had no further problems. At some point, Mercedes redesigned the turbo hoses making them longer and therefore more flexible. My question: has anyone had any turbo hose issues with the later model sprinters.
Thanks for any feedback.
Bill

Bill,
Now why did you have to bring that up? I had almost put it completely behind me. But yes, my 2010 Interstate on a 2008 Sprinter chassis did have this problem. I was in the middle of BC and the tow to a dealer was a 12 hours & 525 miles which I had to pay up front ($2500) as the problem happened in Canada. I believe the part number of the replacement hose was the same part number on the one that failed and both were the newer version. It was the left side hose that failed on mine and the part installed was A 906-528-22-82. I don't know if that is the part used in newer builds or not. If you have access to EPC.net, you can enter your VIN and see which part is on yours. Or, PM me your VIN and I'll look it up for you.
