Tank Heaters

Tank heater question: In our 2018 RB 30' Classic, we have a 'tank heaters' button on the firefly control box. I've tried to find out what kind of tank heaters we have (eg: pads, fans, etc). I also would like to know how they work and when to use them or how long they can be turned on. We do not have and can not find a single thing out about them after several hours of searching manuals and the internet.
Would anyone be able to explain this mystery to me?

Page 3-11 of the 2018 Classic Owner's Manual confirms 12V heating pads for fresh, gray, and black tanks.

Thank you!!!
Seems I've looked for that information..
I see it now.
So grateful.

Would you happen to know where I could locate where the outside thermometer is?
