Steps Not Extending 2015 AI Lounge

STEPS WONT EXTENT, . I opened the slider, the steps extended, closed the slider, steps didn't close. i then started the vehicle, the steps closed with engine running. I turned the engine off, open the slider and the steps did not extend. Tried several times , cannot get them to extend. I don't have my fuse manuel with me. I believe its the fuse panel under the drivers seat, but i don't know which one. Any help appreciated..

On my 2013 the fuse is under the driverís seat. I believe it is number 10. It is the same fuse that controls the awning. Does it extend? If so it is not the fuse.

It sounds like it could be your door switch since it did close when you started your engine. On mine the door switch is a plunger type. I have read in this forum where many people have had trouble with their magnetic door switches. You might to use the search function about that.
