Thumbs down Sprinter service.

Any suggestions for Sprinter service from the greater Seattle area up to the border? Good or bad service experiences welcomed. Thanks!

Lewster might have some suggestions.
My Interstate manual had a couple sheets of paper listing the East Coast Dodge dealers who were factory authorized to do warranty work on the Sprinter van. If all else fails, suggest you call the Dodge Boys. But that doesn't say anything about the quality of service, does it?
regards

You are in luck !
There is a wonderful Sprinter mechanic called JASON HICKS who owns KAISER’S GARAGE in Oak Harbor, WA.
He only works on Mercedes and BMWvehicles and has been in business for 20 years +
I live in Anacortes and Jason has done all the work on my 2006 Sprinter /2007 Airstream Interstate for the last 5 years and I highly recommend him.
Contact info is
*(360) 240-1475‬
3300 Old Goldie Rd
Oak Harbor WA 98227

Go see him - You will be impressed

Try Phil Smart in Seattle. They have a sprinter only service department and they treat you like a king. I've had nothing but great relations with them. Talk to Bob Barlow. He will have you back on the road before you know it. It's the one on Airport Way.

Great recommendation, but do you realize that this thread is 11 years old?

I came across this thread by accident. Old as it is it comes up in a Google search and could be useful.
