Sprinter door rear view mirror housing difficult to move in/out
My 2016 Sprinter door rear view mirror housing (holds the plain and convex mirror and rear view camera) is difficult to move in/out (stored/driving position) on the driver's side and the passenger side. I have found that on some occasions spraying a silicone lubricant on the sliding vertical knurled plastic parts helps but at other times I can scarcely move either one from its present position be it the stored position or the driving position. Any bright ideas or experiences? Thanks
