Screen Door Retrofit?

We took a peek at the new Grand Tour while in the dealership to pick up our 2014 AI after some service work. The Grand Tour has a wonderful screen that fits the entire side door opening. We asked if it would be possible to order one for our unit, but were told they are not available. We assumed the openings are the same, but could be wrong on that. Does anyone know if this might be possible down the road? It would probably be expensive, but worth it for us! Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!

Earlier postings indicated Airstream was "investigating" a retrofit with the screen's manufacturer. It remains to be seen if it is going to be available....or practical.
It did look good in the photos posted then....
There do seem to be some operational issues with accessing the sliding door handle and curtains.

The door opening on the Grand Tour is the same as every other high-roof Sprinter, but the things that encroach on the opening aren't. With the revised interior layout, you don't have the front half of the black tank down at floor level, or a second-row passenger seat next to the door, or the front part of the wet bath right behind the seat. Moving the seat wouldn't be a big deal. Moving the black tank's wooden enclosure might be a bigger deal.

We saw the screen installed on a Grand Tour when we picked ours up, and it looks and operates great. The dealer is waiting for ours to arrive from back-order.
