Rear Camera on 2014

Hi all, my issue is the rear camera on my 14. It is mounted just above the high brake/tail light and at night is rendered useless due to the glare from the red light. Has anyone found an easy relocation solution?
Thanks,
Bill

Bill,

It should be mounted below the center clearance light to avoid the red glare.

That would put it on the rear door which can't happen.

The CHMSL should only be on when the brakes are applied. Even when it's on, I've never noticed any glare.

Maybe I'll try adjusting mine up a bit

A bit of black electrical tape applied along the top edge of the center brake light might help. Just don't put enough tape to block the light completely.

Duh, I just figured out my problem. A while back I adjusted the camera downward to try to see closer to back of van but then I didn't drive at night for a while so hadn't noticed the light issue. I just adjusted it back up and it works fine now.
Thanks to all who responded.
Duh again!
