Power Issues, Please help

Pleasse Help, new to our 2013 Sprinter/2014 AI Ext. We are connected to shore power but nothing works in the AI. No lights , no nothing. Only when we start the vehicle does everything work agin. Checked breakers, all okay. What could this be?

The coach/house batteries could be so drained it is affecting items downstream. Another possibility is your inverter is causing the issue.

When you say shore power, is it a 30 amp, 50amp, or home current?

Can you run the microwave? If no, check the inverter under the driver’s side rear jump seat. Is the green light on?
