Were you able to find a manual for the retractable step? That's one I couldn't find.

The micro/convection oven in my Interstate is an Apollo HalfTime Oven Model AAC-24BI. The Apollo website is: Home Page

One of the first things I did when I got my new Interstate is to capture the model and SN for every appliance and accessory part installed by AS. Then I went to the manufacturer's website for each item and downloaded the product documentation for everything. Most of them are pdf files and most of them are searchable which comes in handy. Strangely, Apollo doesn't seem to have any product documentation on their website. They do have a phone number: 800/330-9707. It might be worth a try to see if they can send you the Owner's Manual pdf.
