One Atlas 2021 Stabilizer jack not extending.

I've tried yanking it loose but no luck so far. Other one extends fine. If careful can I still put out the slide? Of course the one not working is the one on that side!.

Thank you for reporting back. Not many Atlas owners here versus Interstates

Stabilizer Jack Lubrication

On my new Atlas I had the same problem, although I was able to dislodge it by yanking.

What I found was that it made a lot of noise when deploying, because screw threads did not seem to be lubricated.

Because those jacks are exposed to road moisture and grime they should be lubricated with a dry film lubricant and not grease.

Silicone spray will work in a pinch, but won’t last very long.

The best lubricant for this purpose is Dri-Slide, which worked very well for me.

I bought it here:

I am having the same problem - will try using a wrench as you suggest!

Update - put on some lubricant and pried it loose - works great now.

Separate but related question, anyone know if you can use the stabilizer pads as jack points? The new AIs don’t come with bottle jacks (or any jacks for that matter), so wondering if I can use my floor jack under the stabilizer to jack up the vehicle, and then place jack stands under the frame in case I need to do some work underneath.
