Since I removed both the OEM solar panel and TV antenna and replaced both with new 100 watt solar panels, I didn't do either one. After removing the panel and the feet as well as the antenna, I did cover the original bolts or screws which I inserted back in the holes with new Sika221.

We never were in a location to pick up digital signals, and even if we could, we never watch over the air tv anyway (pretty much streaming Netflix or Amazon these days).
