Microwave or faucet

So the kitchen faucet as gotten kind of loosey goosey. I can sort of get a hand in there if I take the plastic cup off the door directly under the sink. But to get any kind of tool on the nut it would be easier I think if I got the microwave out. Any one know how to do that ? I think it would envolve first aking off the surounding bezzel but I cant seem to figure that out.

If you are referring to the nuts that hold the faucet to the counter top you need a basin wrench to reach them. A couple of bucks for the Chinese one at the big box store. As comes in handy on many hot water heater drains that ae hidden behind the gas pipe.

The screws to remove the microwave bezel are hidden by little plastic caps that can be popped out using a thin instrument.

If the basin wrench doesn't work, you might check to see if the sink can be removed to get access to the faucet.

That would certainly do it, if there's enough slack in the lines. After all, since the faucet is attached to the sink…

If you end up removing the sink you can disconnect the supply tubes to the faucet easily before lifting the sink out.

but if you are small and can fit the wrench will do it.

The bezel you're referring to is attached to the microwave with two metal straps. No need to try and remove it, just remove the screws around the front of the microwave/bezel, the whole thing will slide right out and give you great access to the sink.
