Leaky flush valve?

Sorry for all the posts. Wife and I are testing our AI and as with any RV, finding out all the tiny things that need fixing!

I noticed the water pump would short cycle, just for a second maybe every 15 - 30 seconds. Thinking maybe some air in the line, because I could find no leaks, and looking under the coach - it was dry.

Discovered a small pool of water to left of toilet (facing the toilet) and chased that to it's origin on the RIGHT side of the toilet. It's wet under the red circle in the first image.

Am I right to assume a flush valve?
Do I simply unscrew that center bolt to remove the old assembly?
My sticker says it's a 301 model, do you all recommends particular place for a quality replacement part?

Hi

Which AI are we looking at? Which model and what year?

If you head up to the "User CP" button at the top of the page, you can enter this info and we won't have to ask these questions ....

OP provided problem description, toilet model, and photos.
Most cases vehicle year, model, and etc are important. Not so in this case. JMHO

Thanks Dave ... Double checked that and it was slightly loose, but the leak is in front of that threaded connection. The water is coming out of the slot you see in the image (green arrow) and it drips almost in unison to the short cycling of the water pump

Likely the valve

I would give Dometic a call. Have the toilet serial number handy. Please post how you solve this.
Toilet is available on Amazon for a competitive price.
Some have used a failing model 301 as an opportunity to upgrade.

Found out a couple of things. The valve is replaceable and that slot in the photo is where it snaps in. Available on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Dometic-Sanit...cc2941d08&th=1

Forgot to include - Not sure how much working room you have. If you have to remove the toilet also order a replacement seal.

All fixed. Ordered this valve from Amazon while camping and it was waiting when we got home. Removed one screw (green arrow in pic)
Pushed the two clips to release the valve body
Pulled out valve, and remove the still attached vacuum hose (this one had to be cut off with wire cutters)
Add the vacuum hose clamp (supplied with the new valve) and push hose onto valve body, tighten supplied clamp. Then push the new valve into the housing until clips lock in place
Add back the single screw that hold the valve body ... Oh boy, this was a pain. Probably a 15 second job with an inspection mirror. I tried for 20 minutes before I took the long walk back to my toolbox to grab my mirror. Once I could see where the receiving hole was in the housing (using that mirror) the screw went right in.
Reconnected the water supply line and pressure tested
All good!
The old valve had an obvious split in it. Looks like it froze
Thx guys
