Hi all

Anyone have a name and contact info for a customer service rep in Jackson Center? I need to contact them about reimbursement for a repair (black tank clean out valve that was installed backwards). Rig is out of warranty but the issue was just discovered.

In my experience either I have contacted the dealer and they check with Airstream or I've filled out the customer service form on the AS website and they have gotten back to me within a day.

In my experience, once you're out of warranty Airstream's got a big load of nothing for you, but it sure would be nice if they took care of this.

I emailed Jackson Center's customer service, explained the nature of the problem. They asked that I have the Dealer submit a warranty claim for their review. The Dealer submitted a warranty claim for the needed repair and.....

Airstream approved it. So that was good.

Thank you for the quick follow-up. Glad to hear Airstream still has some goodwill toward owners. This was an obvious manufacturing error that many others have mentioned in the past.
