Interstate Electrical System Question

Are the chassis and house electrical systems connected in any way? We have a 2021 Interstate 24GT. We are having some issues that seem to impact both systems and are wondering if the house system could be draining the chassis batteries while the rig is parked and the house power is turned off at the panel?

The only connection I know of is the Victron Buck-Boost DC-DC Converter that charges the house lithium batteries when the engine if running. It is located under the drivers seat--not easy to get to.

This is only Charging / connection between both house / chassis system in the DCDC buck boost which we upgrade to a ORION XS

Update on Electrical Issue

While preparing to take our 2021 GT in to have Mercedes diagnose the electrical issue, we found out that the vehicle will not shift out of Park. We get an error message that says “Service Required - Do Not Shift Gears”. After talking to Mercedes, they informed us that after jump starting the vehicle, it often causes the ISM module (some sort of shifter control computer) to go offline. Complication #2 is that the van is parked in a storage facility, so AAA won’t tow it out. Can’t shift out of Park to tow or push it to the street and tow won’t enter the facility…. Any tips greatly appreciated.
