If you want to protect the macerator (and the valves ....) you need to cycle some anti-freeze through the black and gray tanks.
You can get jugs of antifreeze concentrate from various places. Normally it is in a gallon jug and about 1/4 full. You add water to fill the jug and then use it in the normal fashion. A quart bottle of the concentrate would be enough to toss a bit into the tanks for protection. ( and do it on more than one occasion ....).
As the concentration of anti-freeze goes up, the temperature it will protect against goes down. If the issue is "a few degrees below freezing for a couple hours", you really don't need much. If you are in storage and it could get down to -30F then you need a proper mix in there.
