House Batteries Issue - 2020 AI 19

My house batteries aren't recording a voltage reading to my Victron Smartsolar 100/30. It was working great for the first couple of weeks and not nothing. At first I thought it was the Victron device so I got it replaced under warranty. I switched them out and nothing changed. I then checked the fuses on the house batteries terminal post and a 90A was blown. I replaced the only blown fuse and the same results.

I then took a reading from the batteries pos and neg wires that connect to the Victron SmartSolar and I'm not getting any readings from the battery lines. The Victron shows PV voltage (ie; 18.50) and battery voltage which ends up being the device configuration float voltage. I always have zero current from the solar watts , solar/battery current amps.

I don't have a local Airstream dealer and my wait time for service is just over a month out. I don't know what to look for next and looking for assistance if anyone has any ideas what I should check next.

Can you manually verify the battery voltage?

The chassis battery in my 2018 GT reads 10.4 volts. I checked the fuse in the line to the touchpad circuits and it is good. My Blue Sea ACR battery manager is showing batteries connected. I checked both voltages at the posts on the Battery Manager and both are identical at 13.5 volts.

This has happened before. The next time I am the AI, I will check the connector on the touchpanel board where the wire from the ACR connects. Once in the past, I wiggled that connector and the chassis battery showed correctly.

The CZone (touchpad) battery readings matches my Klein multimeter reading. I called Airstream and was informed that the post 90A/150A are the only fuses between the battery post and the wires that connect to the solar controller. I just don't know what else to check.
