hours gen will run with AC on

Is it accurate to say that the gen will burn approx. 1/2 gal /hr propane with only AC running and no other major appliances? Therefore can I expect about 28 hrs based on 14 gal of usable propane in my 17 gal tank?
Anyone with practical experience with this issue? 2013 interstate.

I'll have to see if I can find my notes on this, but I did a bunch of trial and error when I got mine two years ago and I THINK I figured it to be about 36 hours till the gen dies due to lack of fuel. IIRC the last 12 hours or so of run time the "gauge" read empty.

No actual figures but I ran my A/C & microwave quite a bit on our trip this summer and when we got home, the gauge still said full. I don't think the gauge is very accurate tho as when it was one light down from full, we could only get about a gallon in it. So the 36 hour estimate is probably pretty close.
