Our 2011 has had a bad glow plug for a couple of years. I bought a replacement but have not gotten around to installing it. (I’m a bit hesitant due to the chance of breaking the old one in the block and then having to deal with an extraction). I have had no issues starting the bus in temps in the mid 20s, although it might take a few extra cranks. If I was going to drive in the single digits routinely, I’d go ahead and fix it.
