Fusion with black screen

Was camping. Unplugged and ran generator for 30 minutes for generator maintenance. Got ready to leave next day and the red on/off light for fusion is lit but screen is black and it won't turn on. Would it be fuse if red light on? This is my 2nd Fusion...it's always something

OK, it's back on. I had to shut everything down. When I started engine first time, the fusion name came up on screen but it still would not do anything. So I turned off engine, waited and restarted engine and normal screen came up. I've run generator before and this did not happen.

My experience with the Fusion is it is fickle and just behaves strangely. We will be driving and it will just randomly reboot. We installed an off switch since the unit is never completely off and it has drained our chassis battery. The switch was a cheaper fix than replacing with a different unit. Never a dull moment owning an RV, but still love it.
