Fusion phone volume not loud enough

Anyone have any problems getting the fusion to turn the volume up loud enough to hear. I have checked all the settings and just can not hear my phone conversations through the bluetooth on the fusion. The volume on the fusion is all the way up “20” being the max and the phone volume all the way up.

Is there something i am missing 🤯
