As far as I know you have 3 separate circuits for the GFCI breaker: Gally area under the cabinet, below the rear cup holder on on the passenger side and the outside outlet. Assume you have made sure nothing is plugged into those outlets and causing an issue then you may have a bad breaker or some wiring issue.
