Flat chassis battery

My new 2021 interstate battery is flat. It’s only stood for a week. I’m moving house and trying to get it started. If it’s plugged into shore power will the chassis Battery charge.?

It should if the rather poor battery manager that Airstream installs works properly. The battery manager should connect the Magnum inverter/charger through to the chassis battery.

I think somebody posted that the Airstream system (BIM? Magnum?) would not charge a completely dead battery and that you had to hook up a conventional charger to get it partially charged.

I posted that. If just the chassis battery is flat and the coach batteries are still charged, then the Magnum would charge the coach batteries. If the battery manager works correctly, it should also charge the chassis battery.

Becaus the battery manager Airstream installs is not very good, many of us have switched to a Blue Sea ACR that works much better.

Thanks everybody.
I went and bought a trickle charger( the other 4 I own are at the new house).
And it bought it up to about 9 volts then the Bim kicked in. I called mercedes. They committed 5 times to send someone and no one turned up. Got it going at lunch time today. All through the night the light and wipers were going with no way to turn off. Even disconnecting chassis battery made no difference
