Does the fridge still run when 12v off

That is not how it works in my '2012 Avenue. Main battery switch must be "ON".

Your fridge is pretty quiet, but not silent. Turn on the fridge thermostat and throw the switch on and off and you hear the fridge click on. Yours may run in either 12v position, however, if it is wired differently from mine.

Only runs with the main house switch (red switch) in on position. And dial inside the fridge moved to a temperature setting (not in the 0/Off position).

With the coach switch on, the light inside the fridge will still turn on even if the fridge temp dial is set to 0/Off.
