CZone on Interstate 2021

I was able to connect my iPad to the cZone panel and this enabled all CZone functions (except the favorites) but only within a 30 yard proximity. Now I would like to get remote access to the cZone 5 panel so that I can monitor my house remotely via my smart phone. Has this been done before?

You would need to add the WI module (https://www.czone.net/en/p/80-911-0090-00) and of course have a modem/router for the remote access. The WI on my list down the road...

Thanks for the confirmation. I was wondering if the yellow RJ45 cable behind the drivers seat connects to the cZone system?

That RJ45 ethernet cable is actually the prewire for the WI module, which would connect into the Czone network, and on most AI19's the ethernet cable terminates behind the control panel above the TV.

interesting. please share more details how this is done? how do you use the ipad/phone to control the czone?

I'd love to have an additional control in the front of the van
