Creativity challenge: end cap uses (galley cabinet)

I am looking for creative suggestions on how to best re-purpose this end cap on the T1N Interstate’s upper galley cabinet.

Right now that space is home to two Zevro dispensers that I installed several years ago. From a visual design perspective, these things are beautiful, but they are almost useless due to their cheap construction. They leak cereal (or whatever else is put in them), the bottom caps won’t stay on during road jiggling, and they are not even close to air tight, so that cereal put into them will become soggy if we are traveling in high humidity conditions.

Beautiful or not, they need to get gone. That space is extremely valuable both in terms of volume and ergonomics. I need to re-design it and put something else here... I’m just not sure what.

Ideas? Thanks!

Not Black Box, surely. Bota Box is muh better.
I'd use that space for a mail/paper holding area. Or possibly a space for sun glasses, keys, etc.

Thanks. I should note that I've already got a lot of small-item storage, clutter mitigation, through the use of four magnetic organizer boards and three magnetic strip pockets (!) that I have throughout the van (no space left behind). So, I'm going to do that cap over with something other than miscellaneous.

Here's one of them - iPad, AT&T plus Verizon cellular hot spots, weBoost emitter, phone charging station, plus a lot of other souvenirs and small things.

I decided that I really liked having cereal in this location. I replaced the leaky Zevros with air-tight 48 ounce Nalgene silos that were fitted to the wall on a small custom-made bracket (instructions here).
