Awning and Step - No Power - Help!

Hello all -- I was doing a repair on the awning today and lost power to both the awning and step. I've read that they share a common fuse or relay but can't locate it. We have a 2017 AI Grand Tour.

One source I read suggested fuse 10F, 20A but that is not the case with our unit.

Does anyone know if there is a common component and which one/where to look? Thanks very much!

We have the same RV and the awning fuse is located in your power center. I tried to attach an image of the fuse panel which shows the fuse (yellow)as 10 amps second from the top called cir.2
Make sure you have not hit the hold switch for the step. We did this once when we couldn’t get the step out.
I can send you images if you want to reply to My email.

In our 2018 (2017 chassis), fuse is in the driver’s seat. A 15 amp fuse in position 10

Here, take a look:

And the link to the threadI created when my awning was deploying by itself:

Thanks all for the help, but so far I've checked fuses 10 and 12 and they are okay.

Makes sense that this is a problem with the circuit that prevents both the awning and step from opening when the engine is running ??

Any other advice greatly appreciated!
