The back cover of my shade remote (after suffering numerous drops over the last seven years) is essentially non-usable. I have to use tape to hold it in place. All but two of the screw hole tabs have broken off. The model number on the back is EL-213-AMS. I'm pretty sure Interstate model years 2016 and 2017 use the same remote. I'm not sure about the other model years. I know some people have removed their Auto-Motion shades, so if anyone has a spare remote I can purchase please let know. Thanks.

It looks like we have similar AI-GT's. I recently had my shades reworked by Dave and LJ's, they did a fantastic job. My remote had also failed so they replaced it. As such I have a perfectly good remote case, front and back, but the unit does not work. I would think that you could pull the workings out of yours and put them into my case and you could be a happy camper

. I would be happy to send you my old remote case if you send me your address.
