2018 furnace

More questions about my brand new 2018 Tommy Bahama. About to go on our first trip in a few days.
The new control panel isn't anything like my Flying Cloud that I traded in on the van. Now I don't see where there is an option to turn on the furnace or use the heat pump for heating. I feel so stupid. The manuals are useless.

Hello Richard,

Congratulations on your new Interstate!

There should be a touchscreen control panel in the first top cabinet behind the driver.
Here are a couple of YouTube videos that go over 2018 features including the multiplex controls:

Hope this helps.

Have you tried turning the thermostat to heat and setting a temperature higher than ambient? That's the way the slightly older models worked.

I'll play with it. It's all very different from the way my trailer used to be.

Thanks
