2017 GT Power Shade Remote

Hey guys,

I have a 2017 AI GT. The Power Shade remote does not turn off. Burning through batteries. The small screen stays on. Any ideas on how to put the remote in sleep mode.

My apologies for the question, since I bought this pre owned it doesn't have all the documentation. I understand that there is a Power Shade Manual.

I am having same issue. I had one replaced under warranty and new one is doing the same thing...any solutions?

Possibly stuck button on the remote? I had the same problem with another guy - opened up the remote - and the batteries were leaking battery acid. Cleaned that all - works fine now....

Maybe the manufacturer has their documentation online - then you could look it up. If not, at least they would have a phone number and you could call customer support.
