2017 AI 24'' Front TV

After hitting my head hard enough to break the stock 27'' front TV
it was a great excuse to downsize.

I will deny it if anyone tells my wife I hit it on purpose

got https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09PFBDK4S...roduct_details
and could not be happier with the fit
huge bonus, it runs on DC and comes with a cigarette lighter adapter.

Does it fit the existing wall mount without any mods? Thanks for posting and the pic.

No, I did have to drill new holes in the plate for where the plate mounts to the TV.
I moved them 3'' up, next time I would do about 2 1/2 .Currently it does not swing out all the way as the top of the TV hits the ceiling but plenty far for getting to the wires behind it. just depends on how close you want it to the ceiling in its resting position. I am 6' 2'' so headroom when moving to the cab is a premium for me

So you can wire this directly into the 12v system? That would be great for replacing my rear 24" LG TV (no need for the inverter to be on). It looks like the dimensions are 21.7 X 13 X 2.8 per manufacturer's site. Does it draw about 2 amps ?

yes, it can be wired directly into the 12V system. I think I am going to splice into the HDMI splitter as I think that is the only 12V behind the front TV

those dimensions are correct
