2016 Interstate Grand Tour Safety Recall

I have received notification of a Safety Recall, 15V-658. This apparently has something to do with insufficient grounding wire size. Parts are required per Airstream dealer and Jackson Center, but none have been forthcoming.
Does anyone know if this is a critical issue or have more detailed info?

But I haven't heard of anyone being affected by it on this forum.

Be very careful about this recall. There is a thread on this Forum about one who did and ended up with 24VDC running into their coach which required over 7 hours of emergency work at another dealer to fix.

They still don't know what happened!!!!!

I had it done. Otherwise a fire can start even if the engine is NOT on.

I also had it done. I never received a recall notice for some unexplained reason. Saw the recall in a previous thread. I called Airstream to see if my unit was part of the recall and they said yes. It took them several weeks to get parts to dealer. It involves new ground wire and tightening of connections. Had no problems before and none since. Would suggest for safety sake it not be ignored.
