2016 AI: Removing F & R TVs and DVD player

We've decided to remove the F & R TVs and DVD player in our 2016 AI. We seldom watch TV in the "camper". We do stream often and use one of our cell phones to create a wifi hot spot when a signal is available.

Two major reasons for the removals- 1. Both TVs jut into the aisle 2. Both TVs rattled often even when the swing arm assemblies are properly attached and secured.

Thinking to find a computer desk plug for the cable hole. Before installing will wrap the HDMI and other cables in foam and attach a line for ease of withdrawing if necessary. We plan to install front and rear small storage cabinets/shelves to smaller items.

Since each TV extension arm base is mounted with 4 bolts into the cabinets, we plan to use the existing bolt holes to mount the storage cabinets/shelves.

Any ideas/suggestions welcomed.

Not a big project. I've not done it, but have often changed TVs in both front and rear to larger sets. I would keep all the wires handy so as when you sell your unit and or trade up they are there for the next buyer to reconnect or you do so prior to sale. Any unused bolt holes could be filled with plastic caps to match found at HD or Lowes.
