2015 Interstate Grand Tour batteries

Hi

My 2015 is just under a year old and the batteries are dropping to 60% after a couple of minutes after a/c or engine charge. I brought to Colonial and they said they gave it a equalize or scaling I forgot what they told me. It's something I have to do thru the Magnum suystem a few times. I see equalize but it says equalize must start from float or full charge. Not sure what that means or if even thats what I'm supposed to do. I guess this battery faled happened when I had it in a storage unit and batteries went dead?? help??? Are my batteries warrantied??

Are your batteries now working after Colonial did the Conditioning Equalizing Charge? If so your batteries may still be useable. The batteries do have a pro-rated warranty.

You can download a copy of the latest Lifeline Technical Manual at this link.

See Section 5.5 for details on Conditioning your batteries.

Storing your Interstate without keeping power connected to charge batteries or fully disconnecting the batteries will cause them to die.
