Again the instructions aren't very helpful. We are going camping and would like to use it as an actual oven not micro. Is the convection mode actual oven mode or still microwave? It has several preset functions but we have no idea if those are in oven use or microwave use. Hoping you all might offer some tips. Thanks

I have an Apollo Half Time oven in mine and to use the oven mode, the user manual says to press the convection button, set the temperature, then set time.

Convection is oven only (no microwave) with a fan to circulate air. We've only cooked a pizza in it, but it worked fine. Took a little longer than our sticks and bricks oven.

Mine actually does both at the same time, ergo the "Half Time" name.
