Unhappy 2008 Airstream Interstate Black Water Dump Valve Installed touching exhaust pipe!!

The Coach has ~ 15,000 miles on it. My black water dump valve quit working. Looking under the coach I found that Airstream built the unit with the dump valve (Drainmaster) touching or very close to the engine exhaust pipe. The valve has melted to the insulation covering the exhaust pipe. I don't know the temperature rating of the dump valve but it obviously will need to be moved, I can't just replace the valve. I was wondering if anyone else had discovered this problem and spoken to Airstream about solutions?
