Thanks Bob! Made me tear up but what a great video! We adopted Chelsea and will always adopt our dogs. Thanks again and remember your local shelters and dog rescue organizations.

What a GREAT video!!! As someone who is involved in rescue it is heartwarming to see the changes these animals go through when shown affection and compassion.

My son years ago brought to dogs home that looked just like Edie. They were both dumped starving and sick. It was apparant they were inside dogs that were dumped during the cold winter. They were really in bad shape. They both had heart worms and things did not look good for them because they were both already old and very ill.
We took those dogs in had them de-wormed and they lived with us for about 6 years until they died of old age. They were the best dogs. I never had dogs as loyal and happy as those two. We named them Rusty and Roscoe.
Your video brought back some memories.

We have two little friends that hung in there against all odds to come and rescue us. It hurts so much to see an animal in that condition. Thank you for sharing this Bob. And thank you Bronwyne, you will be in my prayers

Our Aussie rescue....
Rainbow, the deaf Aussie now lives with the DW's sister in Northern NYS.
A very sweet fellow indeed.

Both our dogs are rescued. One from the SPCA and the other from a rescue group. Rescued dogs always seem to give more love and appreciation .... now will someone pass the kleenex!

We cannot match the love they give...
This reminds me so much of when we took "Fado" to Hospice to visit my Mom.

Wow, Bob, like I wasn't crying enough already.
Brissy doing everything she could, a day or so before Pam passed away.

My dogs have been adopted too...I've had as many as three at once, but currently just the one...Miz Patches...a mix..(oh yeah except for two, they've all been mixes as well)I've got nothing against cats, they're just not dogs... (hard even for a puppy to beat a kitten for cute though..) I'm even one of the moderators over on pet site, ( GoodPaws)
But the most wonderful animal in the world is a dog..I'm sorry, I will not hear arguments about this...like the man said, "I value your opinion, but not when I know better, and in this case, I know better."
And a dog is the only animal who will love you more than you love yourself...
