Smile WeatherTech Dog Ramp?

We're newbies who will be traveling with our 10 year old basset hound Duncan, looking at a dog ramp which will help him get in/out of our 25 Flying Cloud and our Ram 2500. This Weather Tech ramp looks nice:

Any feedback out there on it or does anyone have a recommendation for a dog ramp? Thanks in advance!

We used the Solvit aluminum ramp from Amazon. Solid and good for our 85 black lab, Works with our 2500 Ram, as is long enough so as not to be so steep.

Yup. We have one similar. Folds in the middle. It actually lays on our running boards perfect so the door will open and close when the ramp is down. We usually just leave it half way, a fully extended ramp is long and doesn’t reduce the angle as much as you think.

Training our 10 year old husky to use the ramp was easy with a lot of positive reinforcement via treats.

Your basset hound and your back will thank you for that ramp investment.

When we first got the ramp and got her into the truck. The ramp folds up and just sits between the back seats and front seats. She actually uses it as a head rest when we are driving and she’s relaxing

I use and like this one. The grass makes it easier for her feet.

We've been happy with a PetSTEP ramp for our 96-lb Great Pyrenees. It's heavier at 18 lbs, but very sturdy, with non-slip ridged rubber surface, fits the crew cab door opening on the Ram 2500, and folds in half to store in the truck bed. It's very durable and reliable; we've been using it for 3 different big dogs over the past 9 years.
