Toby....

Toby...1996 - 2008.

... Many miles we've travelled, many things We have seen
The highest of mountains, with valleys of green...
Blazing deserts with heatwaves, and sunsets of fire...
And all of the freedom, a Puppy could desire.....

God Bless You Toby, 4ever in Our hearts... XXXXXXX

Hi Chris,
Sorry to see that you have lost your 4 legged friend Toby. They are a special part of the family. Sometimes I even think that our 3 cats and boxer dog are here to keep me sane.

Sorry for your loss, memories are forever! You have memories money can't buy or replace. Celebrate those memories Toby would like that. Share those with all of us, post pics and tell us about his life. I'm sure he was a great friend and companion.

Chris, you have our sympathies for your loss. Right now, you are thinking you would rather not go through the heartache of losing a pet again, but in a while you may feel differently.
When we lost Cookie, neither of us wanted another dog, but we were found by a lovable dog who is lying at my feet as I type. To quote Sean Connery, "Never say "never again".

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. Toby must have had a great life with you. I'm certain he added much to your life too. Every time I hear of a four legged friend passing, I think of the wonderful pets that have spent their time on this earthwith me and how I grieved when they had to leave. But guess what, I think they always find a way to send me another wee beastie in need of help and love. Some small creature to love me and fill the void they have left. None are ever forgotten, but the love continues.

You have our sympathy for your loss of Toby, your good and faithful friend. Our Wally, Weimaraner, is a year older than your Toby and has a terrible time getting around. We know a parting must be just ahead for us, but when the time comes, we also will have the understanding of all our friends here who have shared the loss of their pets and taught us how to love and let go. The news you bring us is sad, but we are glad to hear from you again. ~G

Kipling was right when he wrote: "The price of a good dog is a broken heart at the end."

The only cure I have found is to share your life with another... when you are ready.
