Definitely a lab mix, probably fully grown now and about 50 pounds. Solid as a rock, still smallish, which is good. She isn't quite so insistent on being in my lap, thank goodness, as long as she can be close.
Doug does love her, not quite as much as I do, but a lot. 
Aren't our babies precious? We are so lucky to have the love and devotion of these animals.

Bailey one of our two springer spaniels who went everywhere we went in our airstream passed away because of old age. We have rescued another springer from Springer Spaniel rescue. He has already joined us in the 73 Airstream. Wow! This dog loves the Airstream and being out in the country.
He has already climbed into the other Airstream I am restoring and has jumped on the bed to let us know he is ready to go again.

At the show in our finery, and at home, a little more relaxed!
As you can probably guess we share our lives with a couple of "show Salukis".
Notice i did not say own.
Just who owns, and who serves who, is still being debated.

Last but not least!
Jet the faithful, defender of the house! Part Lab, and who knows what, (from the pound), 62 lbs of muscle and energy. He loves riding in the Airstream or the truck, and he loves his Saluki sisters!
The true rulers of the roost,all the dogs respect them both.

Our campin hound
We travel with a one year old greyhound and a ten year old whippet. they go everywhere with us in our Airstream.
the greyhound is our sixth since 1995 and they have wintered in Arizona five times with us and traveled the entire west coast.

Do they arrive first?.....
We used to love to watch them at the AKC events when we were showing our PWD.
Greyhound/Whippet folks have the BEST rescue organizations for retired track dogs.

arrive first
they do arrive first with a nose out a window. they may be "sighthounds" by breed but they use their snouts like a bloodhound.
we had a little black male rescue track dog that was the fastest animal around. we lure coursed him for a season in the pnw and he was never beaten. He was also a real character.
